Due to the nature of our witchcraft, spiritual traditions, and personal care products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Refunds and replacements are only possible if the item is missing from the order. Defective items may be exchanged. Email Orders@Theurbangurvimamashop.com for details.
Unopened domestic packages marked 'Return to Sender' will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping.
For our international clients, if you are unsure of product restrictions in your country, please check before ordering from us. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or inspected by customs inspections. International packages refused at customs will not be refunded.
Our products are Made To Order and all orders are shipped in 3-5 BUSINESS days. Shipping delays happen on occasion and with increased volume, during the holidays and bad weather. We are not responsible for delays due to the USPS however we will ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
If your order is being held in customs - it is your responsibility to contact them and figure out why it is being held. Buyer accepts responsibility for all customs-related issues.
