Shontel Anestasia is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practioner & Child of Olokun within the Lukumi Lineage. Neuro Linguistic Programming is how we as humans communicate through our conscious and subconscious minds and to others through the lens of our perception. We all experience events in our lives differently because we filter through our senses, then as we process, the information is further distorted, deleted and generalized based on filters called Meta Programs. NLP helps us better our communication within ourselves by giving us the tools to unpack what's in our subconscious minds so that it can intergrade with our conscious minds. When we address our traumas, blockages, pain, and suffering aka baggage hidden in the subconscious mind, we can then we can find wholeness, which allows you to align with your true self.
